Sponsorship offers underprivileged children the prospect of a hopeful future. With your support, the children can go to school, receive Christian education and receive two meals a day. Through the love and appreciation of the education team, these children are given the opportunity to develop in various areas, such as education and emotional and social growth in a safe environment. You can help a child in a personal way and stay informed through photos and drawings that you receive. We also offer you the opportunity to write letters yourself.

We have ten thousand reasons to be grateful. Finally we were allowed to start the year 2021 with the reopening of the school. Since then, all children could go to school every day. In addition to education, we can also provide them with much-needed food on a daily basis. The students and teachers are very grateful and have integrated their mouth mask into their school uniform.
Unfortunately, everyone is a year behind and no one has been promoted to the next grade yet. But even worse, the home situation and poverty of the children is often even worse than before the crisis. This makes the food program on Emy-land all the more important.
Your help is needed more than ever
In the Netherlands, we are made aware of the light at the end of the tunnel. In Kenya however, there are much darker times of poverty and inequality ahead. Your help is therefore still necessary for organizing education and providing food to poor families.
With your support for these poor families, Emy-land wants to offer help in these dark times, but also point out the Light that has come into this world, especially for Kenya.
Proud of our children
The children have only just started school and are studying hard. The older students already started with their exams and tests. We are proud of their commitment after not going to school for such a long time.
Time to play!
In addition to learning and being fed, going to school also means that you can play with your friends again. We don’t need many toys for that. A football, a skipping rope or even sand and stones ensure that the Emy-land children entertain themselves for hours.
